Hi guys, my name is Alani Ryan. I’ve blogged before but this format is a strange new world for me. A little bit about myself, I was born in New Zealand, raised in Hawaii where I have lived most of my life, was gonna be a professional surfer then -- Surprise! I’m a mutant! I’m an MRA (Mutants Rights Activist, not that other MRA) and I’m doing my best. I consume too much coffee and at this point I’m pretty sure I need it to live. I have a collection of cool mugs which hold the coffee that has replaced my life blood. I like Brooklyn Nine Nine and I am under the firm belief that ice cream is the best thing to happen to this planet.

I'm Kyle Gibney, I am not the maintenance dude even if I'm the dude doing maintenance right now - it's totally a thing, I keep getting roped back into it, I am actual facts the 'if you need alternative schooling' coordinator and tutor and also the idek what my title is over at whatever Clint Barton's calling us these days over in the refurbed chapel on the grounds.

Nice to meet you, Kyle! I don’t think I need any alternative schooling or tutoring, and I’m not going to lie I don’t know what to make of the end of that sentence. Sounds like you do a lot, so I won’t even bug you for maintenance things if I come across one.

Since you dropped English though - favorite book?
